1. About us

These terms govern your use of the online ordering service operated by Tasty Roast at tastyroast.co.nz. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Website orders and delivery

Orders placed through our website are for pickup unless we clearly state otherwise. Pickup orders must be collected from 273 East Tamaki Road, Otara, Auckland 2023. We also offer delivery through Uber Eats. Delivery orders placed through Uber Eats are subject to Uber Eats' own terms, fees, delivery times, and platform policies.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We may ask you to verify your contact details as part of checkout. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order, for example where items are unavailable, business hours have changed, contact verification fails, or there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

4. Pickup times

You may choose ASAP or a scheduled pickup slot when ordering on our website. Pickup times are estimates only. They may change based on item preparation times, kitchen capacity, and store opening hours. Please allow a few minutes either side of your selected time, especially during busy periods.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown on our website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. For website orders, we may offer payment online through Stripe or payment in store on collection. If you choose to pay online, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our website.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Once an order has been accepted and preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. If you need help with a website order, contact us as soon as possible at (09) 271 0502. If we are unable to fulfil your website order, we will refund any amount paid online. For delivery orders placed through Uber Eats, refunds and support may also be subject to Uber Eats' platform processes.

7. Allergens and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, soy, sesame, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.

8. Availability and service changes

Menu items, prices, opening hours, pickup slots, and payment options may change without notice. We may suspend or withdraw online ordering at any time, including where there are operational, technical, or safety issues.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the website ordering service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website ordering service is subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
